Only slightly frayed

I've had The AirFlow since 2004. It's gone around the world and back with me. I still have the original silly referral cards inside the "secret" brim pocket and just last week put in a new business card, to promote someone call me if the hat gets lost. This hat has been really good value over all these years since my hair has turned from brown to grey.

This hat did not fit properly as the “new”Tilley company has changed the sizing. Every other Tilley I have fits properly. The customer service is a bot and might as well be non existent. Tilley won’t fix the issue and if I want the a hat with a correct fit, I have to return it less the cost of shipping and order another for which I will be charged shipping again. This would never have happened when Alex Tilley was still running things. I can’t recommend buying from Tilley. They have become such a disappointment for long standing customers. If I could rate zero stars I would.
