Not the quaility I expect from Tilley

I was very disappointed with quality so sent it back. It described it as lambswool, so I thought it would be fine knit and very soft, it was neither. The pom pom was crushed from how it was packaged, and very poor quaility. I paid $17 to return it, so all and all a bad purchase.
