THE RIGHT FIT
At Tilley, our hats are designed to sit comfortably low on the head. The proper fit should be slightly loose, as gravity will keep your Tilley in place.
Step 1: Wrap a string around the widest part of your head, located 1 to 2 cm above the top of your ears and brow line.
Step 2: Determine the measurement with a ruler, then add 2 cm to the total, for comfort.
Step 3: Convert that final measurement into your hat size in the chart below.
LE BON AJUSTEMENT
Chez Tilley, nos chapeaux sont conçus pour s’asseoir confortablement bas sur la tête. Le bon ajustement doit être légèrement desserré, car la gravité maintiendra votre Tilley en place.
Étape 1: Enroulez une ficelle autour de la partie la plus large de votre tête, située à 1 à 2 cm au-dessus du haut de vos oreilles et de la ligne des sourcils.
Étape 2: Déterminez la mesure avec une règle, puis ajoutez 1 cm au total, pour plus de confort.
Étape 3: Convertissez cette mesure finale en taille de chapeau dans le tableau ci-dessous.

WE SHIP AS QUICKLY AS WE CAN
Orders are processed and packaged Monday to Friday during standard business hours. At Tilley we aim to process all orders within 2 business days of your order date. However, high volume during peak times may lead to longer processing times of up to 5 business days. Please calculate additional time for your order to ship based on the shipping selection you have chosen.
• All orders are sent via FedEx Ground (5 – 7 business days). We encourage you to use FedEx Ship manager to schedule your delivery. You may also request Express shipping for an additional fee. Express shipments usually arrive with in 2 days once your order has been processed to ship.
• Please allow extra time during high volume periods, such as free shipping promotions, Fathers Day, Black Friday, Cyber Monday, and holiday periods.
SHIPPING & HANDLING

Tilley is responsible for your package until FedEx confirms delivery to the location provided. If your package goes missing or is stolen after confirmation, Tilley is not responsible for replacing your package.
