Awesome hat for 12 years of heavy use

Finally fell apart after 12 years and Tilley is honoring their guarantee of shipping a new one. I was beginning to think this hat was indestructible. Very comfortable and kept the sun off my ears and neck and great in the rain.

I was so impressed with their hat, guarantee and followup to the get me a replacement that I ordered another one in addition to the replacement one so I don’t have to carry the same one between houses.

FASTER THAN SPEEDING BULLET

I am lucky to have both Summer and Winter Tilley hats, my favourite T5MO hat was showing unsightly signs of wear after many years of use, sadly and rather reluctantly, I was just about to consign it to the waste bin when my wife reminded me of the Tilley replacement policy. I

decided to follow her suggestion and sent off for a replacement hat, the process could not be any quicker or simpler, from sending an initial email, filling out a few details and sending a few photos during the correspondence with the good people at Tilley. The Tilley Team kept me informed during all stages of the process from acceptance of the claim to the actual dispatch and tracking of the hat’s journey to my home. From the very first contact to receiving the new hat, it took just 7 working days. Very slick and extremely professional service.
